Welcome to my Web page. I am a pediatrician at the Stockdale Medical Offices. I hope you will find helpful information in choosing a pediatrician for your child.
I was born in Russia into a family of many doctors. I completed my medical degree and started practicing pediatrics near Moscow. After the Soviet Union disintegrated, my family found our new home in America. I completed my residency program at the White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, where I worked as the chief resident. Afterwards, I joined Kaiser Permanente in Bakersfield as an urgent care pediatrician and later on as a primary care pediatrician. I'm married and have two daughters.
Each child is special and unique, so I work hard to have a personal approach with each child and each family. My goal is to help with a speedy recovery and also educate parents on different aspects of their children's health, prevention of illness, and to support healthy life choices for the whole family. In addition to my pediatric work, I also serve as an advocate for children's safety. I work on child abuse awareness among pediatricians and other medical providers. Children are our future and that is why child health and safety are my goals.
I balance my busy schedule with fun and healthy activities like walking, hiking, swimming, gardening, or playing tennis.
