About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to share information about myself to help you get to know me better.
Biography
I was born at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara and have been a Kaiser Permanente member since then. I spent the majority of my life in California but went to the Medical College of Virginia for medical school and Beth Israel Deaconess/Harvard Medical School for a minimally invasive/bariatric surgery fellowship. Although I enjoyed my time on the East Coast, there’s no place like home. I am thrilled to be back in LA and serving the community that has given so much to me over the years.
About my practice
I practice all aspects of general surgery, including breast oncology, diseases of the colon and gastrointestinal (GI) tract, gallbladder disease, emergency general surgery, abdominal hernias, and soft tissue/skin cancer. I have a special interest in minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
How I thrive
I enjoy playing golf in my free time, as well as rediscovering the city through hiking, hanging out at the beach, and exploring new restaurants.
