About Me

I have not strayed too far away from my home, which is Colorado. I am from Colorado and, in fact, my great grandmother came over in a covered wagon. I grew up in the Denver metro area and went to college at Regis University. Originally I started college working toward a degree in English. I ended up doing some volunteer work in a hospital and thought it was fascinating. I changed my major from English to Neuroscience. Once I graduated, I headed off to medical school and residency at the University of Colorado.

About my practice

I chose the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation because of the focus on function and improving people's lives. I find it an honor to care for our patients and hope to always give the best quality care. I look forward to seeing my patients and enjoy learning about you. Our electronic medical records help me to see the big picture of your health, so we can make good use of our time together and I can answer your questions. My goal is to provide the most appropriate care for you, so you can achieve both physical and mental wellness.

How I thrive

I thrive by spending time with my family, exercising and appreciating nature.
