About this facility
X-ray services at this medical center will be available on weekends only. Mammography and ultrasound services will remain available during the week. Members can visit Colonial Forge Medical Center and Woodbridge Medical Center for weekday X-ray services.
Now available for members: self-service check-in for laboratory services.
To enroll, you must meet our service area eligibility requirements. Medicare Plus enrollees must permanently reside in the plan's service area. At this time, the Fredericksburg, VA, area is not part of the plan's service area for Medicare Plus enrollees.
Urgent Care is now available on the weekends (by appointment only). For urgent appointments during the week, please schedule in Family Practice through kp.org or by calling the call center.
You can request health information and medical forms by using kp.org. You may also call Health Information Management Services (HIMS) for assistance at 1-800-777-7904, option 2, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
If you need to visit a HIMS department in person, the Falls Church, Springfield, Tysons Corner, and Caton Hill Medical Centers are open.

Radiology appointments are recommended for all imaging studies including X-Rays, and are available for you to schedule via kp.org once your provider has placed the order. Your radiology results will be made available to you via kp.org as soon as they are read by your radiologist, usually by the end of the next business day.

Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-888-777-5536, seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
