Where I practice
About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 22 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I have worked in outpatient, in-home, and residential settings, with a long-standing focus on supporting youth and their families.
From early in my career, I have been passionate about helping young people feel heard, seen, and supported as the complex individuals they are. Being present for my clients is a core value. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and I work in partnership with them to set meaningful goals for change. I am also grateful for the important role parents and caregivers play in supporting their children’s growth and healing.
I have experience working with complex trauma, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use, ADHD, attachment disorders, anxiety, and disruptive behavior disorders. I value the resilience of the children and families I work with, as well as the collaboration of the care teams I have been part of throughout my career.
About my practice
I work on the Kaiser Permanente Colorado complex pediatric therapy team, supporting children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs that affect daily life. I provide diagnostic and psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.
I use evidence-based care and standardized tools to track progress and adjust treatment as needed. I collaborate closely with care teams, including primary care, psychiatry, behavioral health services, schools, and crisis teams, to support coordinated, family-centered care. My goal is to help young people feel understood, supported, and confident as they build skills for lasting well-being.
How I thrive
I enjoy spending time with family and friends and staying active. Climbing is one of my favorite activities because it challenges both my mind and body. I also love being outdoors, hiking, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.

- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
