To verify a member’s eligibility each time the member comes to your office for services, please use KP Online Affiliate.

KP Online Affiliate is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Kaiser Permanente also allows providers to view basic member eligibility using our Member Eligibility Guest Access portal.

Added Choice plan

Added Choice is a “point-of-service” health plan that offers members the opportunity to obtain health care services within the Kaiser Permanente delivery system and/or from any other licensed provider in Hawaii.

The Kaiser Permanente Added Choice® Physicians and Locations Directory includes information regarding the physicians, clinics, and hospitals you may choose for your health care needs.
