Online Affiliate (OLA) is Kaiser Permanente’s secure, self-service portal available to external providers. OLA makes it easy for providers to securely access key patient information (eligibility, benefits, claims details, etc.) and manage care efficiently.
OLA has launched a new feature for clinical users that gives them the ability to view radiology images online.
How to View Radiology Images in OLA
- After logging in, providers should first open the “Chart Review” section for the patient whose images they want to view.
- Under the “Rad” tab of this page, providers will see a section titled “PACS Images” if the patient has radiology images.
- Clicking the “Show Images” icon in the “PACS Images” section will automatically open the radiology images viewer in a new window.
- The image viewer offers a wealth of features including the ability to adjust the layout, zoom, and brightness, add annotations, and download images.
