Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I'm excited to have the opportunity to share with you some information about my background and training. It's important for you to find a physician that you are comfortable with, and I hope the information I've provided will help you do that.
I was born in California but grew up in Montana, where I enjoyed riding and showing horses. I studied at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. It was there through working as a mentor for students and volunteering at a hospital that I decided to become a doctor. I attended the University of Washington for medical school but soon missed the sunshine, and came back to Los Angeles for my residency—and the rest is history! I have been practicing medicine at Kaiser Permanente since 1996.
About my practice
In my work as a physician, there are many ways that I try to help members. I can be an educator and give you advice on how to improve your health. I can be there to listen to your concerns or struggles. I try to adapt to your needs, to make the best working relationship possible.
How I thrive
Staying emotionally and physically healthy is the best way I can ensure my sharpest focus at work. I enjoy exercising at the gym regularly; it's a great stress reliever and keeps me fit. I love traveling, and enjoy cooking with my husband. Perhaps I’ll go to culinary school when I retire! I cherish the time I spend with my girlfriends on special getaways. I also enjoy visiting art exhibits and museums whenever possible.
