Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and look forward to working with you to care for your children.
I was born in Southern India. After my medical training, I decided to come to the United States for my higher education. I did my residency in pediatrics and fellowship in neonatology at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. During a vacation here in Los Angeles I fell in love with the city and the Southern California weather. I always wanted to practice medicine without worrying about the day-to-day business aspects of practice management. That is the reason I decided in 1979, to join what I consider to be the best health plan, Kaiser Permanente. My longevity with Kaiser Permanente speaks for the great decision I made.
About my practice
I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy. In my day-to-day practice, I take care of premature and sick newborn babies. Nothing is more satisfying than helping those little angels. I hope you or your family members never need my help but if you do need my services, I am here for you.
How I thrive
My family life is my major priority. I am a big soccer fan. I played soccer throughout my school and college days. I use to referee for little league soccer games. I try to have a brisk walk for 40 minutes to an hour, four to five days a week. My wife and I love to travel.
