Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m glad to have the opportunity to tell you about my work and share other information about myself. It's very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.
I am a native Californian who grew up as a Kaiser Permanente member. Even as a young child, I knew that I wanted to be a doctor, in part because of the compassionate care I received while growing up in Northern California. I knew that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives, and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.
About my practice
As a career, medicine provides a special opportunity to connect with people in a meaningful way, using medical skills and knowledge, but also listening and responding to what patients need. Being a doctor brings me into contact with the innermost concerns of my patients. It is a privilege to help patients translate their concerns about complex medical conditions and to help them get the appropriate evaluations. I feel honored that patients have entrusted me with their care and strive to treat them as I would my own family.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I exercise regularly at a local gym because being fit is one of the keys to thriving. I also make it a priority to set aside time to just relax or read a good novel. My wife and I also like to work out together at a local gym three to four times a week.
