About me
Welcome to my Web page. I hope the information provided here will help you get to know me better. I am excited to help you with your health care.
Biography
I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2005 after moving from Salt Lake City, where I was in private practice for seven years. I enjoy Southern California, especially the diversity of people here. I initially began training to be an anesthesiologist but changed to internal medicine.
About my practice
I strongly believe in preventive care, and I try to empower others to better manage their own health problems. Currently, I practice in both my office and the hospital. About one week every six weeks is spent taking care of patients while they are in the hospital. I find email the most efficient way to communicate, so please explore the online resources available to you at Kaiser Permanente.org (including being able to email my office). Also, please bring all of your medicines with you at every visit.
How I thrive
Keeping balance is important. I try to balance work, family, friends, and health. Exercise and meditation are part of my daily routine.
