Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page, and thank you for visiting. It is important to take some time to find a physician that you feel you can connect with. I am glad for this opportunity to share a bit about myself with you, and I hope to meet you soon.
I grew up in Southern California and spent much of my childhood competing in music competitions around the Inland Empire. I was interested in both the arts and sciences when attending UC Irvine for undergraduate studies and was inspired to pursue a path in medicine after working closely with an amazing physician mentor. I went on to UC Irvine for medical school and then headed to Northern California for residency in obstetrics-gynecology. I am happy to be back home and excited to be able to serve the Inland Empire at Kaiser Permanente.
About my practice
The most rewarding part of my job is spending time with members. Everyone has a unique story to tell, and I am humbled to be able to have these stories shared with me. Just as each person is different, I am also a firm believer that there is no one single treatment that is the correct choice for every person. Treatment plans can and should be tailored to the individual receiving them, and it is my philosophy that the patient-doctor relationship is a team effort to achieve optimal health. Most importantly, I feel that women are the strongest and most caring people that I know. Women are the foundation of families, and a healthy family begins with a healthy woman, whether she be a daughter, mother, wife, or partner. With my daily work, I hope to empower women to continue to be and strive for their best, not just in health but in all aspects of their lives.
How I thrive
When at home, I thrive by being in nature, playing the piano, singing/songwriting, and spending quality time with family and friends. I believe that balance brings clarity and gratitude to the everyday work that we do.
