Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page, which is designed to provide you with a brief introduction to my practice, my credentials, and me. I hope you will find it useful.
I spent my childhood years on the East Coast and then moved to the Midwest for college, graduate studies, and medical training. I relocated to Southern California and joined Kaiser Permanente in 1997, where I have been practicing psychiatry ever since. I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.
About my practice
I believe in integrity, partnership, diversity, accountability, flexibility, and innovation. The highest priority in my practice is to provide quality service to our members. I sincerely care about the physical and emotional well-being of the people I care for. I am a team player as well, working respectfully alongside other physicians, nurses, and staff to provide high-quality health care. I am constantly seeking self-improvement as I keep up with current medical advances through self-study, medical education conferences, and collaborative work with other medical providers.
How I thrive
I believe that to stay well and grow stronger, one must have a balanced life by caring for the mind, body, and spirit. I am thankful to God for each day of my life and for giving me the opportunities to help others.
