About me

Hello! I am happy to introduce myself and share with you a little about myself and my clinical practice with Kaiser Permanente in Kern County. I am honored to be a part of the Kaiser Permanente team. Despite being in Kern County for a short amount of time, I already love it! It's a great community with wonderful people.


I was born in the Philippines, but came to California with my family when I was six years old. College, medical school, and residency training brought me to many different places, but California has always been my home. I am thrilled to be back in sunny California near my family and friends.

About my practice

I joined Kaiser Permanente Kern County in August 2017. I went to UC San Diego for my undergraduate studies. I attended the University of the East in the Philippines for medical school, and completed my residency training at the University of Texas in San Antonio. I chose to be in family medicine because of the variety of patients I get to meet and work with. I love being able to get to know my patients and building relationships with them. I truly enjoy working together with them and being an advocate for their health. I also focus on prevention and wellness in my practice. I encourage my patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle by stressing the importance of healthy eating habits, exercise, and being active.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in life is very important to me. I am very blessed to have a very supportive husband. We try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy and walking, jogging, or hiking most days of the week. I also have a very close-knit family and I enjoy spending time with them. I love traveling everywhere and do so every time I get the chance. I also love spending time with my dog, Lucky, who I consider my fur baby.
