About me

Welcome to my Web page! I hope this page helps you get to know me better. Building trust is important to any relationship, especially when it involves your little ones. I feel genuinely excited and very fortunate to be a part of your lives! I hope, after you get to know me, that TOGETHER we can raise happy and healthy children!


I am a first-generation Filipino born to immigrants. I grew up in Virginia Beach but have lived all over the U.S. during my medical training, including: Philadelphia, for medical school; Houston, where I trained at the renowned Texas Medical Center; and New York, where I spent a year working at Cornell. It’s true what people say about SoCal, that the weather is nice. It’s so nice that my family and I decided to stay! My wife is also a physician (practicing family medicine) and together we have 3 boys and 1 pug!

About my practice

I believe in practicing evidence-based medicine, which entails using the most up-to-date information to deliver the highest care possible. I strongly believe in treating all aspects of a child, including their physical, mental, and emotional needs. We will form a partnership to care of your child. I will serve as a guide to help you make the best decisions regarding your child’s health. This will involve teaching, communicating, and trust. We all want the same thing, and that is the BEST for your child!

How I thrive

Even doctors need to take care of themselves, as we are people too. I am at my best when there is balance between my professional responsibilities to members and personal responsibilities to my own family. Being the best I can for my family teaches me how to be the best I can for your family. When I have some spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, working out, spending time with my wife, kids, and ugly pug, trying new kinds of foods, and yes… playing the occasional video game or watching a Netflix show.
