About me
Welcome to my Web page. My name is Keisha Dyer and I am proud to be a part of the care team here at the division of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. I hope this page will give you some helpful information as well as an opportunity to get to know me. I look forward to meeting you and having the opportunity to participate in your care.
Biography
I am originally from New Jersey. I received my undergraduate degree from Princeton University and then completed a master’s in public health at Columbia University before returning to New Jersey, to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University) for my medical school and residency training. I finally relocated to California to complete my fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (a joint program between UC San Diego and Kaiser Permanente). During this time, I really valued the collaborative nature of the work at Kaiser Permanente, where member care is our number one priority.
About my practice
We have a team approach to your health care needs. Our staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, LVNs, and physical therapists, work collaboratively to ensure that every treatment option is available to you. We communicate regularly to ensure that you get the best care. Pelvic floor disorders can sometimes be associated with embarrassment and difficulty in communicating with your health care providers but we try to ensure that we create an environment that makes you feel comfortable discussing all of your questions and concerns. We offer the full spectrum of pelvic floor diagnostics including urodynamics, anorectal manometry, endoanal ultrasonography, and cystoscopy. In addition, treatments options range from conservative management, behavioral therapy, as well as medications and surgical management to conventional to minimally invasive approaches.
How I thrive
I thrive by spending my spare time with friends and family. I also enjoy traveling and skiing.
