Hello. I am happy to have this opportunity for you to find out a little more about my practice and me. As a proud member of the Occupational Medicine Department, I strive to provide high-quality health care and service.
I was born and raised right here in Los Angeles. I decided I wanted to become a doctor at age 12 because I had medical challenges my doctors had helped me through and I wanted to return the favor by helping others. During the past 26 years of my medical practice, it has been very rewarding to assist patients in improving their health. Over the years, I have seen many positive changes take effect, and I believe there are many more to come.
Occupational medicine is a unique specialty that requires physicians to have knowledge of the physical demands the patient's workplace puts on them. It is my privilege to be a part of my patient's health care team and guide each one through the healing and recovery process.
I try to practice what I preach by following a diet high in fiber from vegetables, whole grains, and fruit, while keeping the amount of sugar and fat low. I also exercise at least four times a week. I believe that mental health is a valuable ally in one's quest to stay physically healthy.
