Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and moved to the United States at the age of 8. My family settled in Los Angeles. Since then, I’ve been an Angelino through and through. I take pride in my city and the diverse communities here. I enjoy interacting with the rich cultures that make living and working in Los Angeles fun and fulfilling. I am passionate about treating the wonderful people of this city and interacting with them on a personal level as their physician. I can speak Russian fluently and am working on my Spanish.
About my practice
It is a privilege to help my patients understand their ailment, explain the medical decision process and language in ways they can understand, and facilitate getting them the appropriate evaluations and referrals. I try to establish good communication with my patients and their families. This is why I am proud to be a family physician. I view patients not only in medical terms but as real people who are interwoven with their families, jobs, and communities. My goal is to treat the whole person and, with care strategies to help you achieve good health.
How I thrive
I fully support the Kaiser Permanente philosophy of keeping one’s life in balance. Medicine is the main passion in my life. However, I really enjoy exploring the wonderful city of Los Angeles through hiking and visiting museums. I play different sports, with tennis being my favorite. Whenever I get a chance, I enjoy going to the Hollywood Bowl and other music venues, especially if there’s jazz.
