Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m glad to have this opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. Having your child admitted to the hospital can be a very stressful experience. My goal, from the moment we meet, is to have you feel comfortable and confident in the care your child will receive at Kaiser Permanente.
For me, the road to Kaiser Permanente started in the land of the pharaohs—Egypt—where I was born. My parents came to this country with the hope of pursuing the American dream and a better life for their firstborn child—me! My parents instilled in me the ideals and mentality of treating others during their most desperate times. Being a pediatrician in the hospital allows me the opportunity to treat children when they’re in a delicate condition, and provide comfort for their families during a stressful time.
About my practice
We’re proud of our inpatient pediatric care here. Treating your child is our first priority, but we realize the stressful effect having a child in the hospital has on your whole family. We try to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Whether you need an update by phone, paperwork excusing you for time off work, or just a fresh cup of coffee after spending a long night by your child's bedside—we strive to be here for you, your child, and your entire family.
How I thrive
Creating a balance in order to maintain my health is very important to me. I may spend hours working late, even overnight, in the hospital for your child, but I maximize my time away from work with my beautiful family. I like to relax by going to the theatre, walking with my wife and dog, or enjoying a nice meal out. The balance I maintain with my family is essential to keeping me rejuvenated so can I do my best to restore balance and health to your family.
