About me

Hello, I am Eileen Seibert, and I am a physician at Kaiser Permanente Harbor-MacArthur Medical Offices in the Urgent Care Department. Our department is open 365 days a year for 12 hours a day. We provide care to any Kaiser Permanente member who walks in the door requiring urgent care services. Appointments are not necessary.

Biography

I was born in Georgia and moved to Texas as a child. I went to elementary and high school in San Antonio, and graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in oceanography, pharmacy, and clinical pharmacy. I worked as a pharmacist for several years before moving to Connecticut where I was involved in drug research. I went to Yale University School of Medicine and graduated in 1992. When I got married, my husband brought me to Southern California. I have worked with Kaiser Permanente since 2003.

About my practice

I work with a team of nurses, physician assistants, and physicians whose goal is to treat the entire individual. We are primary care practitioners who primarily address the medical problem that brought you to urgent care, but we also address chronic conditions and preventive care issues.

How I thrive

I exercise regularly. To keep my bones strong, I work out with a personal trainer three days a week. By doing this, my bone density increased to normal. I travel to different countries to gain an appreciation of other cultures.
