About me
Welcome to my Web page! Though we are all dealt different cards, I do believe that for the majority of us, our health is in our own hands. Simple things such as eating right, maintaining a healthy weight, and exercising go a long way toward our being able to live life in wellness and to cope with illness when it occurs.
Biography
I enjoy sharing information about simple steps toward healthy living, and I find it gratifying when my patients participate in improving and maintaining their own health.
About my practice
I work to point the way toward wellness for those under my care, and I welcome sincere effort on the part of my patients in seeking the path to health. I truly believe that, by and large, our health is in our hands. I see again and again that when people assume responsibility and take charge of their health, the results can be remarkable.
How I thrive
I try to practice what I preach when it comes to healthy eating. (Sure, there’s an occasional steak or burger, but there are a lot of veggies!) I enjoy running for exercise and have run a couple of half marathons and a full marathon. I also enjoy hiking and have hiked on the spectacular Mount Whitney, which is the highest peak in the contiguous United States.
