About me

Welcome to my website!

Biography

I am a native Southern Californian who grew up as a Kaiser Permanente member. It was during undergraduate years at university that I decided I wanted to become a family physician. I wanted to be able to make a positive difference in people's lives, and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.

About my practice

My outpatient practice is located in Module A at the Simi Valley Medical Offices. My module is a great team--we work hard, while maintaining a 'light side' to our demeanor. Each member of the team has the same goal: to take good care of our members, and to make sure that our members feel well taken care of.

How I thrive

"Vivez bien" is "living well" in French. I emphasize mental and physical wellness with my patients as much as possible (and spiritual wellness when appropriate). I feel that wellness/wholeness depends on staying both mentally and physically active, which requires large doses of hard work and creativity. But I am also a realist, and I feel that one needs to make the best of a situation. I strive to effect change where it is both possible AND would make a positive difference.
