About me

Hi, my short name is Bog. I'm happy to introduce myself to you and tell you about my work as a physician. I am trained as a Family Medicine physician. I feel fortunate to be part of the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group.

Biography

I developed my interest in medicine in elementary school, from watching 911 shows. Before going to medical school, I worked as an EMT and this enhanced my desire to be a physician even more. I moved from Los Angeles to sunny Grenada, West Indies, to attend medical school, and completed my residency training in snowy Syracuse, NY. I have returned to my home, Southern California, to be close to my parents.

About my practice

As a family medicine physician, I believe that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy. Working in urgent care gives me the opportunity to also help those who are acutely sick.

How I thrive

I always advise members to live a healthy life and make healthy choices. One of my favorite things to do outside of work is to play sports, my favorites being soccer and tennis. I also enjoy being outdoors, whether I am swimming, hiking, camping, or downhill skiing in the wintertime.
