Welcome to my Web page! I hope the information provided here helps you get to know a little about my practice and myself.
I’m a Southern California native who was born and raised in Orange County. I attended medical school at UC Irvine School of Medicine, where I also did my internship in surgery and my residency in anesthesiology. Later, I was chosen as chief resident. After residency, I spent an additional year on the heart and lung transplant team at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. I’m married and I have three young children.
I’m a proud member of the Anesthesiology Department at Kaiser Permanente in Orange County. Our department takes care of patients at both the Irvine and Anaheim medical centers. We have diverse training and skills, and we work together towards a common goal of providing quality care. I am board certified in both anesthesiology and echocardiography. I’m able to perform real-time, ultrasound imaging of the heart during surgery to help ensure the well-being of our members. I have been involved with many open-heart procedures, including heart and lung transplants. I frequently perform nerve blocks and epidurals to reduce pain after surgery and during childbirth.
I enjoy spending my free time with my beautiful wife and three young children. I enjoy reading books to my kids and love watching their faces as they learn about the world around them.
