Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente with all my wonderful colleagues and our members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I am a New York transplant via Tucson, Arizona, where I went to college and medical school. In becoming a physician, I realized a lifelong dream. I have always been concerned about others and enjoy helping people in whatever way I can.
About my practice
As an adult neurologist with a general neurology practice, it is my pleasure to care for people with all types of neurological conditions. I feel it is important for members to be involved in their care, and I like to function as part of a team with my members.
How I thrive
As a wife and busy mother of three, it was often difficult to make time for myself. Now with my children grown, I have been able to make caring for myself more of a priority. I enjoy walking and do my best to walk for 30 minutes, 5 days a week. I enjoy being outside in the beautiful California weather. It's great to be able to spend time relaxing and reading outside during much of the year. I also feel it's important to give back to the community. Currently I am the president of the Los Angeles Valley College Foundation Board. Our mission is to award scholarship money to students and support various projects around the campus.
