This medical office is temporarily closed. The health and safety of our members is always our top priority. In an effort to limit additional exposure to COVID-19 throughout the community while protecting our patients and staff from the spread of the virus, we have decided to temporarily close this medical office.

We are still here to care for you. Use the Kaiser Permanente mobile app or visit kp.org to get online care (e-visit), schedule phone or video visit, or call 1-833-574-2273 (1-833-KP4-CARE) (TTY 711).

If you have a prescription waiting to be picked up at one of the closed locations, you can get your prescription filled at the Ming and Stockdale pharmacies.
