About Me

I grew up in Durham, NC and attended Duke University for my bachelor’s degree. Due to my love of the outdoors, I moved to the Rocky Mountains where I worked in wilderness education. After many years, I decided to follow in the family trade of medicine and attended the University of Colorado Physician Assistant Program. I love being a PA and taking the best possible care of my patients at Kaiser Permanente. I feel so lucky to be a part of a health care organization that puts such a strong emphasis on excellence in patient care and evidence based medicine.

About my practice

I am passionate about primary care. I am able to help prevent and manage chronic diseases, and to provide excellent lifelong care to my patients. I see patients of all ages. I also have specialized training in pediatrics. I strive to meet my patients where they are at and give them the best care possible.

How I thrive

I love playing guitar, rock climbing, cross-country skiing, and any time spent with my family and friends in nature.
