About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. I have been at Kaiser Permanente since 2006. I feel very fortunate to work here with wonderful colleagues and patients. I look forward to working with you, too, to care for your health.

Biography

I am a native Southern Californian who grew up as a Kaiser Permanente member. Even when I was a young child, I knew that I wanted to be a doctor, in part because of the compassionate care I saw my father receive after a life-changing accident. I knew that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people’s lives, and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.

About my practice

My medical practice consists of adult medicine, including preventive medical care and ongoing management of women’s health and chronic conditions, such as diabetes and hypertension. I emphasize healthy living and preventive care as two of the best ways to stay healthy. I want to partner with you in maintaining your health, and I’m also here to help you when you are sick. In addition, having trained in the County of Los Angeles and having worked with many Spanish-speaking patients, I hope to be of service to both the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking patients in the Orange County area.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I try to keep active by golfing, biking, skiing, and doing yoga when possible. I also make it a priority to set aside time to just relax or read a good novel.
