Life can be challenging. For more than 20 years I have been providing therapy services helping kids, adults, and families through tough issues and life adjustments. Helping children and adult survivors of abuse and trauma has been my heart for many years. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, or family issues, I am here with practical, evidence-based techniques and care to help you. I have worked with all ages from infants to adults. I truly enjoy working with children under the age of 6 and have been trained in various evidence-based treatments for this age range and their families. Kaiser Permanente is truly a team approach. Your services will come from a team of caring professionals.

I am here to assist you, along with our team, to help you identify goals and evidence-based treatment for you to practice in your daily life. There are no cookie-cutter people – I appreciate each and every person’s uniqueness.

How I thrive

I do my best to partner with holistic services here at Kaiser Permanente. I enjoy all cultures, the arts, exercise, spirituality, and spending time with family and friends.
