About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am so happy to have this chance to introduce myself, and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente with wonderful colleagues and members, and look forward to partnering with you to care for your health.

Biography

I grew up in Chicago, and attended college at Northwestern University. At Tufts University, I pursued a master of public health in addition to traditional medical training. This background provides me with the knowledge to deliver comprehensive care to the individual, the family, and our community.

About my practice

As a family physician, I strive to make my practice a medical home for members who choose me as their personal physician. My practice is organized around you, and emphasizes the importance of communication and shared decision-making. I understand that you want personalized, coordinated, convenient, and comprehensive primary care. It is my goal to help you achieve optimal health by utilizing the strengths of all the members on your care team.

How I thrive

Life balance is very important to me, and my family life is my highest priority. In order to stay healthy, I enjoy various forms of exercise, including a daily yoga practice. I believe that yoga helps me become more mindful of the present moment, which has a positive effect on all aspects of my life. Music is also very important to me, so I try to find time to play my violin and ukulele.
