About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I hope it will provide helpful information about me and help you feel you’re beginning to get to know me.

Biography

I’ve spent most of my life in Southern California with the exception of medical school, which was at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, and my residency, which was in Redding in Northern California. I was drawn to family medicine for the variety of patients I get to see—each with his or her own unique stories. Also, the ability to practice and preach preventive care is a big priority for me.

About my practice

I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I'm also here to help you when you‘re sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of your health. My goal is to keep you as healthy as possible so you can enjoy life to its fullest.

How I thrive

I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of health in mind, body, and spirit, and try to live it myself in my own way. I exercise regularly and, when time permits, I like to surf, snowboard, and go to the beach with family and friends.
