About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I have been working in the field of obstetrics and gynecology for more than 10 years and specifically here at Kaiser for 12 years.

Biography

I am native to Southern California and ventured north only for my undergraduate education at Stanford University. I come from a medical family; my father is a general surgeon and my mother is a nurse, and thus my choice of a career in medicine was not too surprising.

About my practice

As an obstetrician/gynecologist I am afforded the unique opportunity to see patients at various stages of the reproductive spectrum. I have enjoyed meaningful relationships with my patients, whose ages range from very young to much more mature. I have a specific interest in the noninvasive surgical procedures available here. I am also one of the instructors of the fibroid class offered to our members.

How I thrive

Maintaining balance is very important and a constant theme in my life. When I am not at work, I treasure the time I can spend with my family and children. I have been running for the past eight years and I find that it helps keep me both physically and mentally balanced. I have completed four half marathons.
