About Me

I was born in Germany, but grew up in Tampa, Florida. I moved to Colorado to pursue graduate school and the mountains. I am happy to call Denver my home and enjoy the changing seasons, as well as the beautiful landscapes.

About my practice

Populations: Adult, Child, Family, Group, Teens. Specialties: ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Grief and Loss, Mood Disorders, Parenting, PTSD, Trauma, and other chronic conditions. Interventions: CBT and DBT. After receiving my bachelor’s in psychology from the University of South Florida, I attended the University of Denver for my master’s in social work, concentrating on family systems. I enjoy working with individuals, adolescents, children and families, providing support during times of crisis, transition and stress. My passion as a therapist is to support clients in promoting a greater self-awareness, understanding and acceptance. I utilize cognitive behavioral, neurological, solution-focused, mindfulness and play-based techniques to address an individual’s needs. I have appreciated my professional experiences within mental health including, outpatient, in-home therapy, residential and day treatment, as well as hospice care and group counseling.

How I thrive

I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. My self-care practice includes riding bikes, climbing, reading fiction and exploring Colorado. I also appreciate the arts, including live music, dance and theatre.
