About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to myself and my practice. My hope is that you will get to learn about the problems I take care of and a little about myself.

Biography

I grew up in New Jersey. As a student, I was strongly interested in math and science. After graduating college in Boston, I attended medical school in Los Angeles. I thought I would be in California for only four years and then return to the East Coast. But instead, I fell in love with the West Coast and decided to stay. I chose to specialize in ophthalmology because I enjoyed microsurgery and the diagnosis of interesting eye diseases.

About my practice

My practice takes place in the Ophthalmology Department at West Los Angeles Medical Center. I consult on general ophthalmology issues. These include common problems of the eye such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, and dry eye. I work closely with my colleagues to bring you the best possible care. Together with our outstanding staff, we can examine and treat your eye with state-of-the-art resources. I would feel privileged if you choose to see me for your eye concerns, and I will endeavor to do my best for the care of your vision and eyes.

How I thrive

I believe in living a balanced life. So outside work, I love to spend time with my wife and two kids. We enjoy doing family activities such as hiking and swimming. We travel together and learn about the history and geography of new places. I hope to inspire my kids to continue being curious and explore their world.
