About Me

I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Boulder. I attended the University of Colorado in Boulder for my undergraduate studies. I received my medical training at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. I completed my residency in pediatrics at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in a combined program with the University of California at Davis. After completion of my residency, I had the privilege to serve 10 years as a pediatrician in the United States Air Force. I had the unique opportunity to be stationed at the United States Air Force Academy and then at Peterson Air Force Base, both in Colorado Springs. I am board certified in pediatrics.

About my practice

My practice philosophy is to create long-term relationships with my patients and their families. My goal is to treat each patient personally based on their individual circumstances. Being a pediatrician gives me a great opportunity to educate and advocate for my patients. My goal is to play a large role in preventive health interventions and hopefully instill healthy habits in my patients that will last a lifetime.

How I thrive

My family is my primary focus and what helps me thrive. I spend a lot of time and get much joy from attending and supporting my 3 children in their academic and sporting activities. I enjoy trail running, skiing, and hiking up the incline in my spare time.
