About Me

Hello and welcome to my Web page! Allow me to introduce myself and tell you about my work as a physician at Kaiser Permanente.

Biography

I immigrated to the States as a young child, and my family settled in Southern California. Personal experiences with the health care system inspired me to become a doctor. I received my residency training in family medicine at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills. I went on to complete fellowship training in community medicine, where I provided care to underserved populations in free clinics and worked with community health leaders to improve health care delivery and outreach.

About my practice

I believe in the care of the whole person and value the opportunity to partner with members so they have the tools to improve their overall well-being—both in times of illness as well as in times of good health—through counseling, evidence-based management, and preventive care. As a family medicine physician, I enjoy caring for members of all ages and look forward to forming a relationship with you and your family members.

How I thrive

I maintain my wellness by keeping my mind, body, and spirit engaged. I like to stretch my brain with puzzles and games, from crosswords to board games to escape rooms. I love to get outside on hikes, especially when there are breathtaking vistas to greet me at the summit; I use hiking as a good excuse to practice a budding photography interest. I enjoy a silly pun, the occasional baked good, cooking, and sampling new restaurants, and I love to do it all with family and friends.
