About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m an internal medicine doctor. It is an honor to work with members and colleagues in a professional, high-quality environment. I’ll try to make your experience as personable and comfortable as possible.

I was born in Zimbabwe, Africa. Growing up in a poverty-stricken nation deprived of almost any health care resources laid the foundation of inspiration to help others. I moved to the United States in 1989 and completed my internal medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1994. Thereafter, I moved to Ventura to be close to my extended family.

About my practice

My office-based medicine experience has been focused largely on preventive care. I make every effort to see members for medical concerns in a timely manner. My role is to make a diagnosis and offer treatment options after sufficient discussion. I prefer member involvement at all levels of care, thus making the final result optimum. I’m honored that so many have entrusted their health care needs to me.

How I thrive

Attempting to maintain my life and finding a balance with work and family life has been a challenge. I believe in the old concept of a healthy mind and a healthy body, and I try to set an example for members and colleagues. Therefore, I am a member of the local gym and walk routinely. I have a strong relationship with my wife, 2 children, and close relatives. We enjoy traveling together, both locally and around the world.
