I'm glad to have this opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. It's very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.
I grew up in Southern California but have lived in many different cities around the United States for schooling. This has given me a broad perspective on cultures and behaviors of the diverse peoples in this country. I feel this has helped my practice in internal medicine to help serve the needs of our community.
A career in medicine is a very special opportunity to connect with and help people in a meaningful way, utilizing medical skills and knowledge, but also listening and responding to what members need. I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I'm also here to help you when you are sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of your health.
I try to maintain a balanced life with work and play. I believe in the Kaiser Permanente philosophy of caring for the health of the whole person. I engage in outdoor sports, work out at the gym at least three times per week, and stay active with my friends.
