About Me

I’m from Oklahoma where I lived until coming to Colorado to do my emergency medicine residency in 2013. I decided to become a physician because I like interacting with people and helping them in their time of need. The most rewarding part about being a physician is being satisfied with my career because I am able to serve others every time I come on shift and hopefully make a difference in their life.

About my practice

I chose to become an emergency medicine physician because I wanted to be a physician who could handle anything, anytime, anywhere. Emergency medicine requires teamwork to care for patients. Techs, nurses, ancillary staff and physicians work in close proximity and are in constant communication in order to provide efficient and effective care to our patients. I strive to provide the best possible care to patients and their families by being a competent physician and an effective communicator. I serve all populations in the emergency department, which I love.

How I thrive

I thrive by staying active and exercising doing a variety of different workout regimens. My wife and I love to travel and hike. Our favorite trip so far was to New Zealand. We love spending time with friends and our Rhodesian ridgeback.
