About Me

I was raised in Michigan and gradually made my way out West during my medical training. I am proud to be a Colorado transplant. One of my interests is sports medicine and I moved to Portland, Maine, to complete a sports medicine fellowship after residency. I worked briefly at Boston College as both a student health and primary care sports medicine physician.

About my practice

I like to practice medicine with a team approach of patients and providers working together for a desired goal. I believe strongly in the importance of preventive medicine. I particularly enjoy working with adolescent and college-age populations, as well as individuals who enjoy participating in athletics.

How I thrive

I enjoy being outdoors in my down time hiking, jogging, biking, snowboarding or skate skiing. I also enjoy spending time in the company of good friends and trying new foods.
