About Me

I was born and raised in Colorado. Since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to be involved in health care, envisioning a career in medicine. In my teens, I discovered the beauty of nursing, and have been dedicated to my profession since that time. I graduated from Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Colorado Springs as a Registered Nurse in 2009. Since thenI have spent years working in the hospital, primarily cardiac, and general surgical units. In 2015 I graduated from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus with my degree as an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. I have been happy to serve Kaiser Permanente members in my current role since 2016.

About my practice

I enjoy adult primary care, and particularly enjoy my interactions with our older population. I believe in providing holistic care, that is both compassionate and patient centered. I feel patient education is an essential part of empowering people in their pathway to optimal health.

How I thrive

When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. I have interests in international travel, gardening, snowboarding, and hiking.
