About Me

Welcome to my Web page! My hope is that you can learn a little bit more about me before we meet in person.

Biography

I grew up in Oxnard, CA and then moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA. I was a psychobiology major, was very involved with tutoring, and also played lacrosse. I then attended Charles Drew University for medical school and finished up my residency at White Memorial Medical Center. I wanted to become a family practice doctor after seeing what a wonderful experience my family and I had with our general practitioner. He was a physician to my great grandparents, grandparents, parents and of course, me.

About my practice

I love to see patients of all ages from birth to adulthood. I think it's very important for people to understand their diagnosis and medical condition and so I do spend most of my time educating my patient population on their disease processes. I usually work more than a full schedule, six days a week and on some evenings giving members plenty of opportunity to come in for appointments around their work schedules.

How I thrive

I am married and have two beautiful children. We enjoy attending UCLA football and basketball games, riding our bikes in the park, and watching movies on our spare time.
