Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice.
I chose to pursue training in medicine because it seemed a direct way to help others. After medical school, I moved from Texas to California to complete my training. I remained in California because of the friendships I formed here.
A career in medicine is a very special opportunity to help people in a meaningful way. As a pathologist, my primary role is to provide information and diagnoses that you and your doctors can use to help guide treatment. I also have an interest in gynecologic pathology that began while I was still in training and then developed further through my work at Kaiser Permanente—including service as a pathologist in the gynecologic oncology group.
I firmly believe in trying to incorporate healthy living into my life every day. My family life is my first priority. We enjoy family outings to the beach, and going hiking or riding our bikes.
