About Me

Aloha. Thank you for visiting my Web page. I hope that it will help you get to know me better.

Biography

I was born in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States—to Honolulu, Hawaii, to be exact—as a young child. After completing medical school, I moved to Tucson, Arizona, for my residency and fellowship. It was there that I met my wonderful husband. We now call Southern California our home and I’m happy to be a part of the Kaiser Permanente family. It’s a privilege to work on a team dedicated to providing quality health care with a caring, personal touch.

About my practice

I believe that our physicians and members are partners in health. I try to provide members with as much information as possible regarding their kidney disease so they can take an active role in their own health. I strive to create an open, easy environment in my clinic so members can feel comfortable with me and know I’m here to listen and to offer my best medical advice.

How I thrive

I live well by sharing quality time with my husband, sons, friends, and family. I enjoy watching movies, shopping, trying new restaurants, and listening to music. I love to read—especially historical fiction! To stay healthy, I do aerobics and run on my treadmill.
