About Me

After working in private practice in Littleton with the pediatrician I saw growing up, I joined the Kaiser Permanente family in 2006. The past few years, I have held several administrative roles with fewer days seeing patients, so it is very exciting to get back to clinical practice. I attended medical school at University of Colorado and then residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY where I served as outpatient chief resident.

My husband and I went to Columbine High school together but were not high school sweethearts; we were more like “When Harry Met Sally”. We have 3 wonderful daughters who are all grown, and the sweetest little granddaughter who calls me YaYa.

About my practice

Using evidence-based medicine and setting the foundation for optimal health from a young age is essential to my practice. Relationship building with patients and their families is not only gratifying but helps with the trust required for making good health decisions. I value continuous learning, and strive to be a good, reliable resource for my patients and their parents. I am Board Certified in Pediatrics.

How I thrive

I love to garden, hike, travel, cook and take wine-tasting classes. I ski terribly, so don’t do it anymore😊. Spending time with family brings me my biggest joy and reading helps me relax.
