About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about myself and my practice.

Biography

I was born in Russia and spent my childhood in Ukraine. My family immigrated to the United States when I was a teenager, and I graduated from high school in San Diego. My travels continued and I moved to Los Angeles, where I received my bachelor's degree from UCLA. I earned my medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, and I completed my residency in pediatrics at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital. I joined the Kaiser Permanente family in 2010.

About my practice

Prevention of illnesses is the most important aspect of practice of medicine. There is usually no quick solutions or fixes to many problems. Desire to change, effort and consistency are the key features of a healthy lifestyle. My philosophy as a pediatrician is to guide parents and children towards making better choices. I believe that this is a partnership and we should work together to achieve the set goals.

How I thrive

I strongly believe in and practice a healthy lifestyle. I love cooking and believe in fresh ingredients. I am always on the move and usually with my dog in tow. Everybody has a busy schedule, but it is still important to make time and take care of your body. It is equally important to take care of your mind. I enjoy traveling and learning new cultures, I love art and photography, and also enjoy going to museums and painting.
