About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and members, and look forward to working with you to care for your Ob/Gyn needs.

Biography

I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I attended UC Berkeley for my undergraduate studies, and then UCLA for medical school. Ever since I decided to become a doctor, I knew I wanted to care for women and improve their health. The decision to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology was an easy one for me. I met my husband in college and we have three wonderful sons. I’m a very active person—both at work and at home.

About my practice

I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I’m also here to help you when you are sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me to better care for you when you’re actively involved in taking care of your health.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. My family life is a major priority. My husband, three sons, and I enjoy family ski trips to Mammoth Mountain in the winter and adventure travel and hiking in the summer. We also enjoy cooking healthy meals together. My favorite sport is cycling and I look forward to more century rides with my husband and friends. My hobbies include regular exercise and travel. I try to ride a century bike ride (100 miles) each year to keep in shape. This year I rode in the High Sierra Century.
