About Me

I’m glad to have this opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. It’s very important that you feel comfortable with your physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.

Biography

I’m a native Southern Californian who grew up as a Kaiser Permanente member. Even when I was a young child, I knew I wanted to be a doctor. I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people’s lives. Practicing medicine at Kaiser Permanente helps give me that opportunity. I’ve been with Kaiser Permanente for about 25 years.

About my practice

A career in medicine is a very special opportunity to connect with and help people in a meaningful way, utilizing medical skills and knowledge, and also responding to what members need. Being a doctor allows people to share with me their innermost secrets, fears, and hopes. It’s a privilege to help members understand what concerns them, translate what they may not grasp, get them appropriate evaluations, and communicate with them and their families. I feel very honored that members have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family. I’m a general neurologist and see all types of neurological disorders.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I enjoy my work but I also value my time off because it allows me to spend time with my family.
