I am a native of Mississippi and grew up the last of nine children. I have been blessed to have worked for over 30 years in a variety of settings that allow me to bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the field of behavioral health.
The Behavioral Health Department is committed to providing high-quality and continuity of care for all members who are in need of mental health services. I am passionate about encouraging others to choose to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When we look back at the turns and twists in the pathway of our lives, we can see significant choices we made which helped to create the life we have now. I believe that we should experience healing, but many times we make choices that stand in the way.
My family, friends and church play a very important part of my life. I enjoy running, working out and cooking. My favorite dish to make is red beans and rice.
