About Me

I was raised all over the United States. Eventually, I landed in Ohio and stayed there for many years - where I became addicted to Skyline Chili. I attended The Ohio State University for my undergraduate training. After a few years as a computer programmer, I went to medical school at the University of Cincinnati and continued there for my residency training. For a complete change in scenery, I moved to Boulder in 2008 and subsequently met my husband. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2011.

About my practice

I enjoy being an obstetrician and gynecologist because I get to take part in female health care in all stages of life. Patients today are very informed and involved in their own care. I see this as a great opportunity to form long term partnerships in care. I enjoy minimally invasive surgery, all aspects of obstetrical care, and the variety of issues we see in the office.

How I thrive

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, stepdaughter Mirabelle, and two dogs (a neurotic Jack Russell and a loving hyper mutt). The hyper mutt keeps me running and when I have time, I like to ski.
